Washington Council of Lawyers Mentee Application and Statement of Interest
Thank you for your interest in applying to be a part of our 2025-2026 Mentoring Program. Over the years, our Mentoring Program has helped hundreds of public-interest-minded lawyers make meaningful connections with experienced law firm, non-profit, and government lawyers. 

Mentees must be Members of Washington Council of Lawyers by the time of their application submission and have graduated law school by December 2025. Mentees generally have 0-3 years of legal experience. All mentees  are expected to attend our Program Kickoff in September and the program-end event in May 2026. 

Applications are due by 5:00 pm ET on Friday, September 12, 2025.
