This summer’s Quaker Spring gathering will be held both online and in person (COVID permitting) at Oakwood Friends School in Poughkeepsie, New York, June 25-28.  Fees for the in-person gathering will be on a  “pay as led” basis, so no one should stay away because of limited funds.

Information provided on the registration form will be available only to the Quaker Spring planning committee.

Covid Safety: For the Oakwood School portion of the gathering, the Planning Committee is requiring all people present to be fully vaccinated against covid (and a booster is strongly encouraged), and to have a negative covid test before joining us. You can visit https://special.usps.com/testkits to order free at-home covid tests. In our sessions, if anyone present prefers it, we will mask.

Covid rates vary across communities and the situation is constantly evolving. We encourage Friends to monitor the covid situation in their own areas and discern if attending this gathering in-person is the right decision for them.
