I acknowledge that if I am selected for the UCF REU Site that, unless I already have a valid U.S. passport, I will apply for a U.S. Passport within 5 business days of acceptance into the program at my own financial cost. Passports are required for travel to Belize. *
We want our students to be part of a diverse, open, and inclusive team. Our group (and those we work with in the village and on the islands) will have all sorts of unique abilities, personalities, challenges, and backgrounds. We value diversity in every sense of the word and want our team members to be respectful, flexible, understanding, and inclusive of all abilities. If you find working with unique abilities and skillsets challenging, then this program might not be the best fit for you. *
I certify that my answers are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. If this application leads to selection into the UCF REU Site, I understand that false or misleading information in my application or in my Skype interview will result in my release from the program. *
