SERVICE RE-DO : We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and We'll be happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional cost. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: Any hair product must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase for a full refund or exchange *

CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to best serve everyone, please cancel your appointment 24 hours before your appointment time. Failure to do so may result in losing the ability to book future appointments and incur $25 rebooking fee. No Shows will incur a $50 rebooking fee and will lose the ability to book an appointment after second offense *
