ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Soldiers in Tech is a skills and career development initiative designed to help Canadian Armed Forces veterans, reservists, and military spouses successfully transition into technology and related career fields. Our programs combine high-quality technical training with personalized career and transition-to-employment support. Participants can now access training and services delivered in collaboration with our new partners:
a) WatSPEED, University of Waterloo – Reskilling programs in cybersecurity, web development, and project management.
b) ComIT – Upskilling and reskilling in programming, AI, and machine learning.
c) Fast Forward Coaching – Group workshops and one-on-one coaching focused on employment readiness, goal-setting, job search, and workforce reintegration.
d) Wilder Path Coaching – Specialized veteran and spouse-focused coaching for personal transition, confidence building, and career navigation.

Eligibility Criteria (just a reminder)Current funding supports participants who meet the following requirements:
- Canadian Armed Forces Veterans
- Active Reservists (min 3 years)
- Military Spouses
- AND
- Reside in Ontario
