Thank you for your interest in joining us at the Regina Farmers' Market Co-operative (RFM). Before applying, Community Groups are strongly encouraged to read the RFM's Vendor Handbook: https://bit.ly/2I4LA1R.

Community Groups applying to the RFM will be considered once they have submitted this form. (Depending on the nature of your organization, it should take you between 15 and 30 minutes to complete this form.)

The RFM accepts a limited number of Community Groups each year and reserves the right to close applications at any time. For this reason, we encourage Community Groups to apply as early as possible in the year.

The RFM Applications Process:

• You will be notified of the RFM's decision, usually within 2 to 4 weeks of submitting your application. In some cases, we will request more information. This may require an in-person meeting.

• The RFM reserves the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion. The RFM applications process is internal to the organization, and details about decisions regarding applications are not generally provided to the applicant.

• Denied applicants may, if they wish, reapply in the next calendar year.

• Community Groups must reapply every year.

• Only approved products may be sold at market.

• Community Groups must follow all RFM Rules & Regulations and are required to pay the regular stall fee of $3.75 per foot (plus GST) per market. Payment is due in advance of attending your first market.

DISPLAY INFORMATION
Please tell us about your physical presence at market. Keep in mind that an appropriate and effective display is one of the most important ways to ensure a successful and comfortable market experience. Attractive displays draw customers to your booth and help introduce them to your products/services. Well-designed outdoor market displays help protect you and your products from the sun, rain, and wind.

What are your space requirements for indoor markets? *
Indoor markets at held at the Core Ritchie Neighbourhood Centre (445 14th Avenue). If you are approved, you will be invoiced for your 2021 indoor markets based on your footage requirement indicated below.
What are your space requirements for outdoor markets? *
Outdoor markets are held at City Square Plaza. If you are approved, you will be invoiced for your 2021 markets based on your footage requirement indicated below.
If you plan to set up a tent or umbrella, how do you intend to weigh it down? *
Outdoor markets can be very windy. Tents and other structures must be sufficiently weighed down at each corner.
Do you require a vehicle to be parked on site with your display? *
PLEASE NOTE: In most cases, the RFM is NOT able to accommodate community group vehicles on site. If you absolutely require a vehicle please let us know and we will consider your request.
If you require a vehicle, please describe it and explain why it is required on-site during the market. *
