UMCRM Summer Staff Exchange Program - Summer 2025 Host Camp Sign Up Form
Thank you for your interest in the National Summer Staff Exchange Program! This initiative offers summer staff the opportunity to work at a different UMCRM-affiliated camp, gain leadership experience, and explore diverse ministry settings. We are excited to partner with you in expanding the summer staff experience!

Eligibility Requirements

  • Be a UMCRM-affiliated camp committed to mentoring and developing young leaders.

  • Be willing to host at least one exchange participant for 1 or more weeks during Summer 2025.

  • Provide housing, meals, and a structured work role that aligns with the participant’s gifts and experience level, when camp is in session.

  • Designate a staff/peer mentor or point of contact for exchange participants.

Selected host sites are required to provide the following elements to the participant(s) during the exchange. Please mark any element that you are NOT able to provide.
If selected, your site's Director and Primary Contact (if different) will be required to attend the virtual Host Site Orientation and participate in post-program evaluation and feedback activities. Is there anything that would prohibit you from fulfilling that requirement?
