The Wellness Committee invites to you register for Summer lunchtime wellness and fitness classes.The variety of classes addresses everything from relaxation and stress reduction to toning, balance, and cardio workout. You can access the class links through the "2020 Summer Fitness Classes" Google calendar (you will be added to the calendar soon after you register.)
All faculty, staff, and their partners are welcome to participate. (Partners must sign a liability waiver. Contact Barbara Amen for a copy of the form.)
