I am a GoPro Karma Drone owner of the past 3+ years and have created this basic form to gather contact info for any frustrated GoPro customers who may be interested in pursuing action for a solution to recent problems with drone's suddenly not working (primarily we are referring to the pairing issue between the drone and the controller that began happening in Spring 2020).

I am not an attorney, just a customer. Depending on the interest and how fast this list grows, I may move forward with action or ensure this list goes to the person who does.
