Hire Agreement

These instructions are here to help make your event safe, fun, and stress-free. Please read the terms below carefully. By hiring from U Bounce Hire, you agree to follow all rules and take full responsibility for the safe use of the equipment during your hire period.

PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment must be made before setup no exceptions.
- If payment isnt received by the day before or upon arrival, the inflatable will not be set up.
- Deposits are non-refundable (see Payment & Refunds section).

SUPERVISION & RESPONSIBILITY
1. The hirer is fully responsible for the inflatable and equipment during the hire period.
2. A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the inflatable at all times while in use.
3. Only children are permitted on childrens inflatables. Adults must not use child-rated inflatables.
4. Mixed-age groups should not use the inflatable at the same time.
5. For slides: max 6 children or 2 adults on adult-rated slides.
6. Keep user numbers safe and manageable.

USER CONDUCT & SAFETY
7. No rough play, pushing, colliding, or somersaults.
8. No food, drinks, chewing gum near or on the inflatable.
9. Remove all footwear, jewellery, glasses, badges, and sharp items.
10. No face paint, glitter, ink, tattoos, silly string, or party poppers.
11. No smoking, BBQs, or fire pits within 5m. Smoke stains and odours will result in a fine. Do not allow
smoke to blow toward the inflatable.
12. No pets on or near the inflatable.
13. No climbing or hanging on inflatable walls/beams.
14. No bouncing on the front step.
15. No users with health issues or on medication.
16. Blower/electric area must be kept off-limits to children.
17. Do not use the inflatable during inflation/deflation.

WEATHER & GROUND CONDITIONS
18. Outdoor bookings are weather dependent.
19. No use in rain, storms, wind, poor ground or extreme heat.
20. Switch off blower in rain and towel dry before reuse.
21. Unsafe ground = cancellation for safety reasons.
22. No water fights or washing-up liquid. Do not allow children from pools to use the castle. No muddy feet on the inflatable.

CARE OF EQUIPMENT
23. Equipment must be kept in good condition.
24. Any damage or misuse = fines.
25. Do not tamper or move equipment.

CLEANING & DAMAGE FINES
- Dirty/wet return (non-weather): 50
- Stains from paint, ink etc.: 150
- Punctured inflatable: 200
- Damaged blower: 150
- Heavily damaged inflatable: 300
- Other damage: full repair/replacement cost

LEGAL & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
U Bounce Hire is not liable for injuries, accidents, damage or loss. By signing, you agree not to pursue legal action and accept full responsibility for safe use.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
- Deposits:
- 25 for standard items
- 50 for large inflatables
- 10 for snack machines
- Full balance due before setup.
- Late payments: 20/day fee.
- Deposits non-refundable, valid for 12 months.
- Cancellations: refund minus deposit.
- Second cancellation = deposit forfeited.

BAD WEATHER POLICY
- Cancellations due to unsafe weather/ground.
- We offer rescheduling and alternatives where possible.
- Deposits valid for 12 months.

CONFIRMATION & AGREEMENT
By signing this agreement, you confirm:
- Youve read and understood all terms.
- You take full responsibility for the equipment.
- You agree to supervise and follow all rules.
