To provide our members with additional insight into potential families or childcare providers that they may connect with, we provide a member feedback system. Please provide feedback for "connections" that you currently have or had in the past with other group members using this form. Please be honest and factual. If your feedback is 1 or 2 stars, please be advised that this form will request for you to explain why you are providing that type of feedback and the administrators may follow up with you to discuss further.
