*Forward Together - Parents of elementary age children, bring your kids and come learn some age-appropriate, family-focused mental health tools! We will learn about feelings, communication, coping, and helping each other out in tough times. We will even talk about mental health and technology use as well.
This program is for caregivers and elementary age children together.

*Healthy Minds & Bodies - This program is designed to improve the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of adults by connecting positive health habits with the avoidance of risky health behaviors and alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, and other drug use. The program is based on the Behavior-Image Model (BIM), which uses positive social images and future self-images to motivate adults to make positive changes in their lives. Key components of the program include a self-administered behavior image survey, a brief talk about fitness and health, a set of recommendations and a personal goal plan.
The program is offered in conjunction with mental health well-being trainer.

*Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale Training - By completing C-SSRS training, individuals can confidently screen for suicide risk, understand severity levels, and take appropriate steps to support at-risk individuals.  The scale is a tool used for assessing suicide risk through structured questions that anyone can ask, regardless of professional background.  The answers help users identify whether someone is at risk for suicide, assess the severity and immediacy of that risk, and gauge the level of support that the person needs.
A Certificate of Learning will be granted at the end of the training.
