NUHW-Kaiser Bargaining RSVP 
Our presence and participation in bargaining shows Kaiser that we are united and ready to win a strong contract. This is why we encourage anyone who is able, to join us in bargaining. 

Before attending a bargaining session, there are some ground rules we expect all participating members to follow: 
  • In order to avoid unnecessary distractions or interruptions, members should not speak during session, other than introductions, unless pre-planned with the bargaining committee.
  • Members can attend union caucuses with the understanding that your participation in discussions will be limited to giving input. Our elected bargaining team is responsible for making decisions.
  • Members must follow whatever ground rules our bargaining team has established with Kaiser management.
