2019 EOG/NCFE Proctor Form
Our students will be taking their End-of-Grade tests on Monday, June 3; Tuesday, June 4; Wednesday, June 5; Thursday, June 6. We need approximately 40 volunteers each day to serve as proctors, and you should expect to be here 8:00 AM – 12:00 noon.

Who can proctor? If you are at least 18 years old and are not currently a student of any Alamance-Burlington school, you can! Parents, grandparents, neighbors, and regular ol’ folks are all welcome! Some employers even give paid time off for volunteer work like this.

What do proctors do? You will help the test administrators monitor student behavior, escort them whenever they need to leave the classroom, and generally make sure testing rules are followed. It’s not hard to be a proctor, but it’s essential to have enough proctors for each day of testing.
