Our mission is to provide our community with fresh, locally produced farm and food products, while providing local farmers with an outlet to sell their products. The markets serves as an important community events attracting both local consumers and visitors. A limited number of vendors may be allowed to bring in products they have purchased from someone else for resale at the Oxford Farmers Market with Market Manager approval.
Proposed items eligible for sale in the market include:
-fruits, vegetables, field crops -plants, flowers (fresh or dried)
-food prepared on-site -honey, maple syrup
-eggs, dairy & meat products -value-added products
-coffee and baked goods (to enhance the market atmosphere)
-local handmade art and crafts (limited % of the total market space)
There is potential to allow 1 service industry booth to be sold as a sponsor opportunity each week.
The market day will remain on Saturdays from 9am-2pm starting May 10 and run through October 11 in 2025. Please do not fill out this form if you cannot attend on these days and times.
Space is limited and we will work to accommodate all requests with preference given to Oxford based producers. Submitting this interest form in no way guarantees a space. Before filling out the interest form, please first read the important information below.
All vendors are responsible to understand and comply with all applicable food safety, licensing and tax laws. Information can be found at the following websites:
If selling
products that require a license, the vendor must have the license on-site and
submit a copy of their
license to the Oxford Farmers Market. Compliance with health and
safety regulations and the Michigan Cottage Food Law

responsibility of the vendor. Sneeze guards, cold storage, hot holding, hand
washing stations, approved scales and all other relevant equipment must be
provided by the vendor as needed.
