Community Exhibit @ Planet Nix!

We want a vibrant exhibition space, filled with exciting tech and deep conversation! So we are offering this space at no cost to those who apply, and - similar to the speaking CFP - will be choosing exhibitors based on the quality of their application.

Exhibition space is intended for teams, and individuals who want to showcase a free/open source project or technology related to Nix. The attendees want to see what you are passionate about! This is an opportunity to share your work and get live feedback from a technical audience.

Exhibitors will be chosen by the Planet Nix organizing team. Selections will be based on:

  • applicability to the Nix ecosystem
  • whether we believe it will contribute to a vibrant event space
  • quality of the submission
  • non-profit

Those who are accepted will be provided with:

  • either an entire 6 foot table or a 3 foot half-table, depending on exhibition needs
  • power to the table, with a power strip
  • inclusion in the list of community exhibitors on the Planet Nix website
This space is being provided at no cost. However, any additional AV or facilities needs (e.g., monitor stands, wired Internet connection, special power needs) will be paid for by the exhibitor and managed by our logistics partners.
