AssalamAlaikumWRWB, CPCOM( Central PA Committee Of Masajid) is organizing the Eid Prayer at Farm Show Complex Main Hall on June 28, 2023. Please signup this form if you can help and be part of the Khair in helping to organize the largest gathering in Central PA.

Where can you help?

If you can help with multiple areas please select those. Depending on the signups, the leads may assign and confirm with you specific areas towards the event date.

Setup (probably the day before Eid (12am), unload and arrange items, setup the place for prayer)

Traffic (follow the instructions of traffic leads, have to arrive early)

Onsite Volunteers (arrive early, help direct the flow of people to appropriate spots)

Handicap Transport (pickup/drop-off handicap brothers/sisters)

Shuttle Transport (pickup/drop-off people who can't walk from farther parking lots)

Audio/Video (some experience from the past is preferred)

Hanging Signs around the Main Prayer Hall (signs will be provided)

Medical (if you are related to medical profession)

Food Arrangements (limited food options this time)

Kids Activities (balloons, bouncy house setup and managing before and after Salah)

Cleanup (stay back after the prayer and help cleanup the place, leave a better impression)

Security (be vigilant, and be prepared to handle any situation, working with the security leads)
