St Scholastica Parish exists to be a Holy Spirit filled beacon of God’s love, guiding all into a
life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ.


PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED 35 DAYS IN ADVANCE 60 DAYS, IF BUDGET IS
NEEDED (in rare cases, exceptions may be accommodated ).
All programs must point to the Lord, by one of four methods; Attracting to the Lord,
Encountering the Lord, Growing in the Lord, or Witnessing the Lord.

All proposals and activities for the parish should be undertaken with three core pillars in mind: Prayer, Passion and Participation. Pray before you propose. Please provide a brief description of how your prayer, reflection, or faith experience prompted this idea.
Outline your Passion about how and why your proposal benefits our parish & community. Please provide a brief description of the impact of this event, its benefit for our faith community and/or the community within our boundaries.
Participation - Be a part of the process. Please provide a brief description of how you, personally, would organize the event, and what additional man hours and participation you would need. Please include the names &signatures of other contributors to this project. (add additional sheets if necessary)
