Please fill out this form to nominate yourself or a peer for a position as a SWiP Officer for the coming academic year. Some responses to questions on this form may be distributed on a ballot for voting. Forms submitted after August 24th at 3 pm will not be considered on the ballot. Ballots will be distributed the afternoon August 25th. Voting will close August 28th at 3 pm.
