مركز شؤون المرأة هو مركز نسوي للمعرفة والمعلومات يهدف إلى تمكين النساء ومناصرة حقوقهن وتحقيق المساواة في عملية التنمية المستدامة من خلال برامجه الرئيسية: برنامج الأبحاث والمعلومات، برنامج تمكين المرأة، وبرنامج المناصرة والضغط

من خلال المساعدات الكنسية الدنماركية/النرويجية، سيشارك مركز شؤون المرأة في عام2022 في توفير فرص عمل في قطاع غزة لدعم خلق فرص مدرة للدخل للشابات المهمشات من خلال بناء وتعزيز مهارات توظيف الإناث في مجالات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، ومنحهن فرص عمل لتطبيق المعرفة والمهارات المكتسبة من خلال تحسين مهارات العمل الحر بين المستفيدات المستهدفات وذلك من خلال دورة كاملة من التدريبات والتوجيهات تمتد لحوالي 7 أشهر.

يوفر المشروع  فرص عمل، ويشارك في زيادة العرض والطلب في مجالات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والابتكار وريادة الأعمال، من خلال تقديم الدعم للشابات الخريجات لاكتساب مهارات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والكفاءات المطلوبة للمنافسة في سوق العمل.
في 2022، مركز شؤون المرأة سيستهدف خريجات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (50 شابة) لتلقي تدريب في 5 من المجالات الأكثر طلبًا ذات الصلة في العمل.
1- تحسين محركات البحث SEO وإدارة المتاجر الإلكترونية
2- تطوير مواقع الويب WordPress
3- تصميم واجهات  UX&UI
4- التصميم الجرافيكي
5- المساعدة الافتراضية

سيتضمن البرنامج التدريبي أيضًا:
تدريب في مجال المهارات الناعمة والإنجليزية للأعمال.
وتدريب على العمل الحر ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

ستعقب مرحلة التدريب  دورة كاملة من خدمات التوجيه والإرشاد، والتي يتم من خلالها تمكينهن لتحقيق الدخل عبر القنوات المستقلة. من خلال هذه المرحلة، تتمتع الشابات بخدمة استشارية شاملة ومصممة للمضي قدمًا نحو هدف الانخراط في وظائف العمل الإلكتروني وتحقيق الدخل. 45 شابة ستستفيد من هذه المرحلة

شروط المشاركة:
- عمرها يترواح بين 20 - 40 عام،
-يحملن شهادة جامعية بكالوريوس، أو دبلوم، أو حاصلات على تعليم مهني وتمتلكن المهارات الأساسية ومهتمة بموضوعات التدريب المحددة أعلاه ويُفضل في مجال تكنولجيا المعلومات والاتصالات،
-يجب على المتقدمات أن يذكرن بوضوح حاجتهن وآفاقهن للانضمام إلى البرنامج التدريبي وغير مستفيدات من برامج تدريبية مشابهة سابقة،
-يجب أن تمتلك المتقدمات مهارات جيدة جدًا في اللغة الإنجليزية،
-وأن يكن غير ملتزمات بعمل أو أي تدريب أو دوام جزئي أو تطوع لدى المؤسسات والوزارات المختلفة ومتفرغات بالكامل، ومتحمسات للحصول على عمل عبر منصات العمل الحر.

Women's Affairs Center (WAC) is a women knowledge- based center playing an innovative and catalytic role in empowering women and advocating women's rights and gender equality in the Palestinian sustainable development process. Through DanChurchAid/Norwegian Church Aid (DCA/NCA), Women's Affair Center (WAC) in 2022 will engage in employment generation opportunities in Gaza Strip  to support the creation of income-generating opportunities for young female to leverage employment opportunities among vulnerable female youth through skills building to advance female employability skills in ICT  fields, offering them employment opportunities to apply the acquired knowledge and skills by improving the freelancing skills among the targeted beneficiaries through providing around 7 months of training and full cycle of coaching services.

The project creates employment opportunities and participates in creating offer and demand in the fields of ICT and entrepreneurs’ innovation, through the provision of support to young female graduates in acquiring ICT skills and competencies required to compete in the labor market.

In 2022, WAC will target the female graduates (50 Females) to receive the technical training on 5 of the most in demand freelancing related tracks:

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and E-commerce Stores Management,
2. WordPress,
3. UX/UI Design,
4. Graphic Design and
5.     Virtual Assistant
The training program will also include:
• Soft skills and English for Business Training, and
• Freelancing and Social Media Channels Training which enabling them to enhance their ICT and freelancing related skills to access market opportunities.
 
The ICT training stage will be followed by a full cycle of coaching and mentorship services, by which females are enabled to generate income over freelance channels. Through this stage, female freelancers enjoy holistic advisory service that is designed to stepping toward the goal of engaging with e-work jobs and achieving income. 45 females will benefit from this stage.

Eligibility:
This announcement seeks requests to meet the following selection criteria:
- Age between 20 to 40 years’ old,
- She holds bachelor's degree, diploma or Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and has a fundamental background about the proposed technical training tracks, preferred in the ICT fields and interested in the chosen training topics,
- Applicants must clearly state their need and prospects for joining the training program,
- Very good English skills, and
- Unemployed, proactive and eager to enter the workforce.
