Contract Initiative Application
At Jane, we believe you should stay because youโ€™re happy, not because you have to, which is why we donโ€™t lock you into contracts here at Jane. This is also why weโ€™re here to support you until your current software contract comes to an end. ๐ŸŽ‰

So, what are the details? 

If approved for the Contract Initiative credits, there are two potential ways it could work for your account:
  • If you're currently paying a higher monthly fee than what your Jane Subscription would be, Jane will be free for the months you are locked into (for a maximum of 12 months). 

    OR

  • If you're currently paying a lower monthly fee than what your Jane Subscription would be, we'll provide a monthly credit of that amount and you'll be responsible for the remainder.

As a reminder, a staff member who has 24 or more booked hours per week requires a full license and less than 24 hours requires a half license. There is no fee for admin staff.

To complete the application process, the final step is to send us a copy of your contract with your current software, along with your most recent invoice or payment receipt.
