Starting this academic year, EUR has initiated a pilot project, in which the Tinbergen and Mandeville Cafeterias offer a vegan meal deal for €2.62 on every weekday.

This marks a significant stride toward providing budget-friendly meal options for students and a more sustainable food selection at EUR. Since the start of the project, demand for the vegan meal deal has already increased by nearly 300%!

Nevertheless, the 2,62€ vegan meal deal is supposed to be offered only until December 2023. We hereby request an INDEFINITE EXTENSION of the €2.62 vegan meal deal at EUR.

This extension would demonstrate the university's commitment to sustainability goals and its attentiveness to the financial concerns and voices of its students!
