Help with Packing? - Packing is a non-compulsory part of our group but a great way to meet other like minded food and health conscious people and learn more from each other at the same time. If you can help at any time on our packing day we would love to hear from you before the packing day - please come along if you can and you will receive a discount off your order. We cannot do what we do without the help of some members. YOU ALSO GET TO TAKE YOUR ORDER HOME WITH YOU AS THE SAME TIME WHICH IS A BONUS.

A fee of $7 to cover transport delivery costs from suppliers will be automatically added to your total owing. This charge also helps us reward those who help repackage and package our order by way of a discount.
This assists in keeping overall product prices low for everyone. Without the help of those who pack we could not do what we do and they deserve to be rewarded.
Please note a few important points:
WHAT TO EXPECT ONCE YOU SUBMIT THIS ORDER:
You will receive an email labelled 'initial order' confirmation - These will be sent a little later during the next week and summaries will be sent on Saturday if you order in the first 7 days of this order cycle.
IMPORTANT - As we purchase these goods in specifically for you - Any changes to your order need to be emailed to us BEFORE the closing time of the order
You will receive a second 'final' summary around 5 days before our collections/delivery dates labelled 'final order' confirming the items and amount owing (after we have removed any items that may have become unavailable from our suppliers) - all effort is taken to only offer available products when the order form is OPENED but sometimes our suppliers do run short of stock at the last moment.
This will give you a guide as to what is due on collection. We ask that you pay cash or use our eftpos facility on collection.
Please do not direct deposit amounts anymore into our bank account as it is causing extra administration tasks and as we now have eftpos available it helps keep our costs down for everyone :-) If there are any concerns with this change please phone Sonia on 0414 659175 or email firstname.lastname@example.org

If the word organic or bio-dynamic is not in the product description then the product is as stated only and not organic or bio-dynamic.
Some items require a minimum order for us to proceed (to allow the item to be broken down into smaller packages) - if we don't make the minimum requirement we will have to pass on the item and it may be taken off your order.
