Confirmation Spectacular 2020
Confirmation Spectacular will be held on Saturday, February 1st, 2020, from 1:00-5:30p.m. EST at St. Joseph Parish Center in Jasper, IN.
This form is to be completed for each participant by their group leader.
In order to determine the facility and food needs for the day, we need to have your group
registration completed online no later than Monday, January 20th. Parishes can add, subtract or
change the number of participants after the above date; however, we cannot take any more group
registrations. PLEASE NOTE: Any additions or late registrations will require the payment of a $5
late fee per late registration.
Cost is $10 per youth and adult chaperones are free. Parishes will be billed after the event for the number of participants registered, even if fewer than that number actually attended.
You have the option of ordering lunches for your group. Groups who order lunch NEED TO ARRIVE BY NOON (Eastern time). More information about the lunches is below.

How many lunches do you want to order for your group? Each lunch is $5 per person and will include a Blimpie's sandwich (turkey or ham will be available), chips, cookies and a drink. Groups ordering lunches need to arrive by noon.
