2019 Uptown Avenue 7 Arts & Culture Festival Vendor & Food Vendor Application
We are now accepting submissions to the 3rd Annual Uptown Avenue 7 Arts & Culture Festival presented by Commissioner Jean Monestime & the NW 7th Avenue CRA. Our mission is to position the 7th Avenue corridor as the premier location to work, shop & play, highlighting the gems of our neighborhood and re-imagining our corridor as a cultural destination!

This outside event takes place at the Arcola Lakes Library | 8240 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33150 on Saturday, November 9, 2019 , 11:00am – 7:00 pm. No parking fee or admission is charged to the public. Approximately 5k - 10k people are expected to attend. There are many opportunities for both nonprofit and commercial organizations to raise money and gain exposure by participating as a vendor. Commercial, & Craft are welcome to apply.

Event day procedures
➢ Location – Arcola Lakes Library | 8240 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33150
➢ Date – Saturday, November . 9, 2019
➢ Start & End Time – 11:00am to 7:00pm

➢ Set-up Time – Saturday, November 9, 2019 between 8:00am to 10:00am
➢ Break-down Time – Saturday, November 9, 2019 between 7:00pm to 9:00pm
***Service vehicles must be moved to regular parking area NO LATER THAN 10:00am***
Participation logistics
Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis AS APPLICATIONS ARE RECEIVED. Liability insurance will be required for Food Truck Vendors. Total participation fee must be received in order to reserve a space. The completed Vendor’s Form must be received no later than August 9th completed.
This completed form must be received by the Miami Urban Contemporary Experience team no later than FRIDAY AUGUST 9th completed. at 5:00pm. Proof of insurance must be submitted by AUGUST 9, 2019 by 5:00pm or participation fee will be forfeited.
