COST: The total cost of this program $200-250 sliding scale, pay according to your means. PAN members receive a discount on the conference registration.
Fees are as follows:Part 1. Housing, meals & meeting space is provided by Omega at a subsidized rate of $150/person. After you receive confirmation from us that we have a space for you, you will need to register over the phone directly with Omega to pay this portion.
Part 2. Please bring with you cash or check made payable to Permaculture Association of the Northeast for the conference:$40-$90 PAN Members Sliding Scale$50-$100 Nonmembers Sliding Scale
HOUSING is dormitory style: individual rooms with a twin size bed (no roommates).
CHILD CARE: This year, Omega's child care is not available during this time. Babies in arms are welcome to attend with parent(s).
DIETARY PREFERENCES: Meals are offered buffet-style, with options to accommodate all dietary preferences.
REGISTRATION and SELF-SELECTION CRITERIAWe have space to host up to 30 people. If you would like to invite others, please feel free to send them the retreat info & link to this form. In order to make the most strategic use of Omega’s resources and limited space available, we are seeking participants who:
(1) are dedicating at least 25 hrs a week to Permaculture-related programs and projects and (2) are particularly interested in community-building with others from around the region and capacity-building within the Permaculture network at the regional scale.
If participation in the gathering creates a financial hardship for you, we strongly recommend reaching out to your network to crowd source the cost of attending. Your network understands the importance of your work and Omega is subsidizing this event to make the cost as accessible as possible.

You are welcome to arrive the afternoon of Sun, Oct 8, and you are free (and encouraged) to make use of the facilities at Omega during your stay.
