Is your facility prepared?
What follows is a valuable tool developed by Readiness Associates for you to self-assess your healthcare facility's current emergency preparedness efforts.

Your time is important. This self-assessment should only take about 15 minutes to complete.

As of March 15, 2017, compliance with the Emergency Preparedness requirements for Medicare and Medicaid participating providers' and suppliers' rule became a mandatory condition to participate in the Medicare or Medicaid programs. This CMS Emergency Preparedness Rule identifies 17 healthcare provider and supplier types that must comply. While we are in no way affiliated with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), we have designed our self-assessment to roughly cover the same scope as does the CMS Emergency Preparedness Rule.

Readiness Associates will also help you by analyzing your survey data and identifying your organization’s strengths and opportunities for improving emergency preparedness and ensuring the health and safety of your patients and employees as dictated by the CMS Rule.

As a member of the greater healthcare community, your input is valuable as healthcare enterprises nationally identify the strengths and gaps in healthcare emergency preparedness overall. Your participation in this self-assessment is entirely voluntary. You are under no obligation to participate, and there will be no negative consequences if you choose not to participate.

Your information will not be misused or made public – ever. To protect your anonymity, all identifying information will be kept confidential.

This self-assessment survey is available through the expert professional team at
