Service Opportunities at Essential
Please check ALL roles that you are open to receiving more information about. Checking the box does not mean you are signed up or that you will be forced into a ministry, but rather means you will have the opportunity to try something before you make your final decision as to where you would like to serve. One of our staff or lead team members will be in touch to help get you connected and ready to serve. Thanks for stepping up to become essential!

First Impressions
If you love people, this is a great place to serve. As a First Impressions Team member, you’ll have the opportunity to help people feel welcome by putting a smile on their face, sharing helpful information, or preparing tasty treats and great coffee.
Kids
Do you want to leave a legacy of love for God with kids and families? It’s easier than you think. There are many different roles to choose from: safety and support, holding and comforting babies, being a kids small group leader, leading a fun worship experience, or creative storytelling.
Youth
Whether you're a young adult or still young at heart, if you want a fun place to serve that will make a lasting impact in a student's life, then youth ministry is the place for you.
Worship
If you have a gifting for music or are interested in AV production, then you may be a good fit for one of these teams. While you don’t need to have touring experience, for the benefit of everyone listening talent is required to serve on this team.
Small Groups
You don't need a PhD in Biblical Studies to facilitate a small group. Most of the small group materials we use simply need a facilitator not a teacher. Small Group Hosts compliment the facilitators by welcoming people and preparing refreshments.
