Your lesson space is dedicated time booked just for you each week. As a result, each lesson must be paid for, regardless of attendance unless you have given me 1 weeks notice.  However, I have measures in place to ensure that no matter the reason for missing your lesson, you still receive instruction.
You have multiple options for lessons you can't attend:

> Reschedule - either the same week or doing 2 lessons the following week.
> I can record instructions for that weeks lesson.

In the event I can't take your lesson (this does not happen often), you will not be charged.

Please note:
I do teach in the school holidays and on some public holidays!
if you are away that is fine, however once again you must please give me 1 weeks notice if you cannot attend.

All lessons are paid for in advance.  Most students pay for a block of 10 Lessons, however there are multiple payment options available.  You are most welcome to discuss these options with me.

I teach students of all ages and levels and everyone learns at a different pace.
Teaching children (particularly young children) progress is very much a case by case basis.
Whilst I do my best to make the lesson both educational and fun for kids, it is very difficult to give a guarantied measure of progress.
