Greetings Club Presidents, Administrators, and Coaches!

Please use the form below to submit your team for MIST 2022 tournament.  Start out your Fall soccer season with a great weekend in Madison, CT!  Tournament fields are located near state and town beaches, so bring your swim suits!


When:                   September 17 & 18th
Where:                  Salt Meadow Park & Madison Surf Club Exchange Fields
Teams:                  U10-U15 Travel & U12 & U15 Travel Rec
Cost:                      U10-U12= $400; U13-U15= $500, $50 early registration discount
Registration:         Online Registration is open by completing this form and submitting payment
Deadline:    Early registration 8/6/2022,  final date 9/3/2022
Registration Deadline: Saturday,  September 3rd  ($50 discount per team for early registration by August 6th)

Payments:  Venmo @MadisonYouthSoccerClub or mail check payments to MYSC, PO Box 4099, Madison, CT 06443 or deliver before the first game.
