I, the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participating in the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic, and road conditions. I am voluntarily participating in this Event with knowledge of the risks involved and accept all risks of injury or death.

2. Medical Treatment: I agree to be solely responsible for my own safety and well-being. I consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Event.

3. Release and Waiver: I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Hari Om Mandir and Yoga Center, its agents, volunteers, and/or employees, other participants, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the Event (collectively, the "Releasees"), from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any injury, disability, or death I may suffer, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Photographic Release: I grant permission to the Event organizers to use photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this Event for any legitimate purpose.

5. Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
