For interest in our Starlight Program (ages 5-7yrs), please fill out this information intake form. For new members, a tour and meeting is required to proceed with official enrollment application and/or placement on the waitlist.

Children in Starlight must be 5yrs old by the start of class (Sept 14, 2026) and be able to use the toilet independently when the need arises. Can/does your child use the toilet independently? *

The Starlight Program meets Mondays & Tuesdays, and Wednesdays & Thursdays. Below are the schedule options:

Two days - $5000 (sliding scale co-op options)
Four days - $10,000 (sliding scale co-op options)
One day - $2,500 (one day selection available only as space allows, after a third round of enrollment has opened)

Please select your preferred days per week* attendance choice for the 2026/27 school year (9/14/26-5/27/27 with breaks throughout.)

*There are two, two day program options available. Please select your first choice, or both if no preference or desiring all 4 days. For accepted applicants, schedules will be assigned based on the following; sibling attendance & schedule, age/gender class balance, preference. Wednesday/Thursday class is currently at capacity and on a waitlist.

In the event there are no spaces available, or a child is not ready for the program or does not currently fit into the class balance, they will be placed on a waitlist for potential future enrollment.
