HealthLink Specialist Philanthropy Society (HSPS). The goal is to understand the reproductive health experiences, barriers, and support needs of women of colour living in BC. Your responses will help shape future programs, education, and advocacy.
- Participation is voluntary
- You may refuse to participate or withdraw at any time without any negative consequences
- The survey takes about 6 minutes
- There are no expected risks
- Your responses are confidential and will not be linked to your name or identifying information
- Results will be reported only in summary form, so individuals cannot be identified
