CRRC Cool Surfaces Experiment In-Kind Donation Request Form
This form is for educators who would like to request in-kind donations of specialty materials for use in the Cool Surfaces Experiment, which is part of the larger Cool Surfaces Lesson Plan. 

The CRRC has many stakeholders in the roofing and exterior wall product industries. We are pleased to offer the opportunity for teachers to work directly with companies that are interested in donating actual roofing and exterior wall products for optional use in the Cool Surfaces Experiment. While the experiment is designed to use everyday classroom items, teachers have the option to expand the experiment to include real roofing or wall materials. 

The CRRC cannot guarantee that the requested in-kind donations will be available, as donations are contingent on stakeholder interest and product availability. However, we will strive to match you with an interested company that is able to fulfill your request.

  • The CRRC does not guarantee that donated materials will be available, as it is contingent on participation from CRRC stakeholders. The CRRC will strive to match me with an interested donor to provide the requested materials.
  • Once matched with a donor by the CRRC, it is my responsibility to work directly with the donor to provide any additional details, requirements, or restrictions for the donation. I will strive to promptly respond to any communications from the selected donor.
  • I can contact education@coolroofs.org at any time with questions, concerns, or to withdraw my request.
