We invite you to use this form to nominate outstanding U of M senior student leaders! Students completing their last semester of undergraduate education this academic year will be given priority for selection, but exceptional leaders graduating in later semesters may also be considered.
The Tom Burnett Leadership Program is a small cohort of students that meet weekly in an advanced program focused on identifying and nurturing leadership skills. This no-cost experiential program offers workshops and discussions on leadership in transition, maximizing personal strengths and values, and finding alignment between self-perception and personal impact. Students also have an opportunity to apply their learning in a practical context through a mentorship program. For more information about the program, visit

Nominated students will receive an invitation in October to apply for TBLP. We will also send you the application form so you can directly encourage the students you nominated to apply!
