Position Overview:
As a Barista at Coffee Sarap, you will be an integral part of our community-focused team. You’ll have the opportunity to prepare and serve delicious, unique drinks, share the story of our Filipino-inspired offerings, and provide top-notch customer service. We are seeking individuals who value inclusivity, respect, and teamwork—core Filipino values that guide everything we do.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and Filipino-inspired drinks
- Engage warmly with customers and provide personalized service
- Share product knowledge, including the origins and inspiration behind our unique offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with the team to uphold our community-focused atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a coffee or customer service environment is a plus, but not required
- Passionate about coffee and Filipino-inspired flavors
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
