Elite Journey Camp China 2027---Student Application
Welcome to the application portal for Elite Journey Camp China 2027! Please complete all sections carefully to apply for this unique and exciting program.

  • Programme Dates: Arrival 9 July 2027; Welcome Day 10 July; camp 11- 24 July; departure 25 July 2027
  • Standard Programme Fee: £1,600 (excluding international flights).
  • Scholarship Opportunities: A limited number of scholarships are available, reducing the programme fee to £800. Please complete Section 5 if you wish to be considered for the School Ambassador Scholarship.
  • Requirements: All applicants must provide the contact details of a teacher referee and inform them that Elite Journey will contact them directly. Upon submitting this form, you will receive instructions to send us a short self-introduction video.
  • Selection Process: Shortlisted students will be invited to an online interview.
  • Important Notice: Completing this form does not guarantee a place or scholarship. A place is confirmed only after a written offer is accepted and the non-refundable deposit is paid.

IMPORTANT — BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

  1. Short Essay Responses (suggested max 200 words each): 
    • Why would you like to take part in Camp China 2027, and what do you hope to gain from the experience?
    • What would you bring to the Camp China student community, and how would you contribute to a supportive and positive atmosphere?
    • Describe a time when you stepped out of your comfort zone, adapted to an unfamiliar environment, or navigated an unexpected challenge.
  2. Teacher Reference Details: Full name, role, school, and professional school email address of your nominated teacher referee.
  3. Scholarship Essay Responses (suggested 200 words each — if applying for the School Ambassador Scholarship): 
    • What specific leadership strengths, skills, personal values or experiences demonstrate that you are ready to represent Elite Journey as a School Ambassador?
    • How would you share the camp experience with your school or wider community?
