We are excited that you are joining us for The Empower Her Sessions. Please read this entire statement before signing up. Each Gem session includes all the materials needed, facilitators, and snacks.  Each class can have 15-20 Gems and sign-up is on a first-come-first-served basis.  Please sign up one child per google form. You MUST still sign up your daughter using the google form to reserve her space. By signing up your child(ren) you agree to the following statement-I release Gem-N-Me and The Beyoutiful Hour of any liability for my child. Failure to alert staff that your Gem will not come will (no call no shows) will result in removal from the program. There is a total fee of $80 for all 4 weeks.
