Volunteer Registration

Lodi Adopt-A-Child is an all volunteer organization.  We appreciate your support in collecting and distributing gifts to children in our community who are less fortunate.  Please let us know what tasks you are willing to help with.

As we prepare our schedules, we will contact you and let you know when we need help to confirm whether you will be available.  We will do our best to provide you with as much advance notice as possible.

At this time, we are registering volunteers for our 2024 Christmas Wish Program.  While there may be volunteer opportunities earlier, we don't anticipate needing assistance until October.

We anticipate the need for volunteers for the following tasks:

  • English/Spanish translation.  (Late October to Mid-December)
  • Staff front desks - distributing Angel cards, receiving gifts (Mid-November to Early December)
  • Packing and boxing gifts (Late November to Early December)
  • Gift wrapping (Late November to Mid-December)
  • Bicycle assembly - experienced strongly preferred (Late November to Mid-December)
  • Data entry (accuracy is critical) - family/child request information and donor information into our system (Late October to Mid-November)
