The ILC-NYC invites you to apply to our Eid Bazaar 2025, which will showcase and support the brightest talents that exist within our community. After two years of overwhelming success with our Ramadan Bazaars in 2023 and 2024, this year's Bazaar will be featured at 350 6th avenue, a new space acquired by the Muslim community for the broader Muslim community. The Eid Bazaar will be the first of its kind in this special location steps away from Washington Square Park, and will be a unique opportunity for New Yorkers to view the space while they shop. ILC-NYC looks forward to your participation and passion in making this event a huge success, Inshallah.

WE ARE A REGISTERED 501(C)(3) AND 100% OF PROCEEDS WILL GO TOWARDS SUPPORTING ILC AND FUNDING VITAL ILC-NYC PROGRAMMING & SCHOLARSHIPS

VENDOR PARTICIPATION FEE STRUCTURE

General Community Vendors:
  • - EXTENDED - Early Bird Application Deadline: March 10th, 2025 $300
    Regular Deadline: March 18th, 2025 $350

  • *** $100 DEPOSIT PAYMENT REQUIRED upon approval & balance due March 17th, 2025 ***
  • *** Remaining balance due March 24th, 2025***
Current ILC Family Vendors:
  • ILC In-House Fee: 10% of total sales to be paid upon closing of vendor table the day of the event

AMENITIES & SERVICES PROVIDED TO EACH VENDOR:
  • One Table 
  • Two chairs
  • Two vendor tags 
  • Marketing of the event by ILC-NYC to our extended community of friends and families in New York City, Westchester, Long Island and New Jersey
Please complete the form below to indicate your interest in participating in our 2025 Eid Bazaar. Submitting the application below does not guarantee approval. We will be in touch via email to complete the approval process and about any other information required. Once approved, all vendors are required to pay the deposit fee within 48 hours to secure your booth. Thank you for your participation.

Approval Process: Vendors must provide a detailed description of merchandise that will be displayed for sale at the Eid Bazaar. All vendors and items will be screened to ensure that we are providing high quality products to our customers. All items must be approved prior to submitting the deposit. New items that have not been approved cannot be sold on the day of the event. The ILC-NYC Eid planning committee/board reserves the right to reject any items that do not meet the required standards.
