Rules:• 75/25 rule: 75% of the goods presented on your vendor table must be work that you have printed yourself. That means if you didn’t push the button on your giclee printer, it ain’t yours. If you didn’t print the t-shirt yourself, it ain’t yours. If you have questions, contact us at email@example.com.• You are required to attend the fair in person to be a vendor and do the sales, no representative allowed. • You are required stay until the end of the event.• You are required to use: table, tablecloth, name tag provided.• Mandatory attendance of opening night party, Saturday, November 11, 2017.• Tables can be shared between two artists max., but should be submitted as one payment!!!
Provided:• 6 ft x 18” table, 1 chair (or 2 if it's a shared table), name tag, tablecloth, program.
Note: We need your firm unwavering commitment and support to make this a success. We need your fun and talent. The costs for the vendor fees will go towards venue rental, table cloths, name tags, table rental, table pick-up and delivery, opening night reception, speaker honorarium, flight for guest speaker and guest speaker table, artist fees, clean-up, paper supplies for events. Any overage of funds will go back to Chicago Printers Guild.
