Rules
Recipe and actual baked dessert for tasting should be delivered to the Riverview Farmers Market, 498 Palisade Avenue, Jersey City, between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM on August 5, 2018. Judging will begin at 12:00 PM and we will accept no entries after 12:00 PM. By submitting your recipe you are allowing New Jersey Peach Promotion Council to publish it on its website and in related press releases. All ages are welcome to submit, but

PLEASE NOTE:
YOU MUST BE AN AMATEUR BAKER.
NO PIES SUBMITTED BY PROFESSIONAL BAKERS/CHEFS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
YOU MUST USE NJ PEACHES IN YOUR DESSERT.

Prizes
Riverview Farmers Market judging panel will select a winner. The winners will go on to take a second version of their winning pie to a final judging site (to be announced at a later date) for 2 grand prizes: one in south/central Jersey; the other in north/central Jersey. Grand prize winners of those competitions each will receive a check for $300 from the NJ Peach Promotion Council.

The best way to register for the 2018 Peach Pie Contest is electronically, by completing and submitting the form below.
If you prefer not to register in advance, please print out the form and deliver it completed with your pie/cobbler submission for judging at the Riverview Farmers Market on August 5, 2018. No submissions will be accepted after 12:00 PM!
