Summer Reading 2023 Registration
Hi everyone! Fill out the following form for each child that wishes to join the 2023 Summer Reading Program. Only complete this form when initially registering your child, or if you complete the first reading log and wish to start a second. You will be able to choose a date to pick up your registration packet. The Summer Reading Club is only available for Rutherford residents.

Please do not feel you need to rush in to pick up your packet - if you cannot come in this week, indicate the date you wish to pick it up in the "Other" option. Also, please give us ample time to get your registration ready - refer to our Summer Reading Club website for more information.
