* All participants must provide their Name, Age, Email and Mobile Number for your entry to be accepted
* Entries can be submitted till 22nd April
* The winner will get a cash prize of ₹10,000

1. The proprietary right of the name will be solely held with UNIFED Football Sports Development Pvt. Ltd. The winner will not have any claims whatsoever after the transfer.

3. In case of duplicate names received from multiple contestants, the prize will be offered to a single winner through a random computerised selection.
