This form is to be filled out only by past members who wish to return to Wolves of Amarok. Only fill out the following form if you left WoA on "good terms" or in "good standing" with the community, or you were removed from Wolves of Amarok for inactivity.

Membership Reinstatements have to be sent through our court system and reviewed case by case and they may take some time before a verdict is reached. Please Note: Our members of the court system will reach you as soon as possible by Email, Discord, or Xbox after the case has been reviewed. Please do not contact our court system to find out the status of your membership reinstatement application, this will cause the proceeding case to be denied.
