Please fill out this form if you would like to certify AND have already submitted your video to the Learning Hub. 

Requirements to qualify for PQ Certification:
  • Completion of all Lessons found under PQ Coaching heading
  • Completion of all Sage Business Development (BD) Core Four Lessons
  • You have taken a minimum of 10 clients through the 6-week, app-guided experience
  • You have submitted a recording of a session with a client that will act as a Skill Assessment
Reminder of the certification standards: 
  • The client must be an actual paying client of yours who has completed the PQ Program
  • The recording (video or audio) may be a maximum of 50 minutes long and should not be edited in any way. (we will not review more than 50 minutes).
  • A youtube link will not be accepted, as your video must be downloadable. 
  • The client cannot be a coach, PQ Coach or PQ Member
  • The client cannot be a friend of family member
