University of Arizona Cheer Fest 2012 Group Registration Form
The Cheer Fest performance will be showcased at half-time of the September 29th football game against Oregon State University.
Clinics will take place on September 23rd during the following times:
9am-12pm for Kindergarten through Fifth Grade participants
and 2-5pm for Sixth Grade through Twelfth Grade participants.
There is a fee of $50 per participant which includes a t-shirt, participant game ticket, DVD of the half-time performance, and the cost of the clinic.
Fees sent through the mail should be postmarked no later than September 10th and sent along with a signed waiver to:

Credit card payments will also be accepted (Please indicate below).
Registration will be accepted through September 18th.
Additional tickets are available in the same seating area as participants and can be purchased up until the game. It is recommended, however, that these seats be reserved now so you can ensure seating near your participant.
