Expectations of Board Leadership: Be an active member of TETA in good standing. Attend in-person Board meetings held at TheatreFest, SummerFest and/or other locations throughout the year. Attend monthly video-conference Board meetings. Attend and participate in BOD leadership retreats as they occur. Have an ongoing knowledge of the TETA Bylaws and Manual of Operations. Be willing to commit to a contribution of time, energy and creativity to TETA and all of its events and activities. Participate in the mission of TETA as follows: The mission of TETA shall be to support, promote, and expand educational theatre at all levels by providing the following: 1. Quality educational opportunities; 2. A network for resources, support, and expansion; 3. An advocacy base; and 4. A forum for establishing standards, programs, and projects in order to celebrate the importance of the theatre in the human experience.
Serving on the TETA BOD is a privilege and commitment.
