Primal Sports Performance Training
Primal Strength has been delivery strength and conditioning semi private groups sessions at HKIS since 2009
We would like to welcome you to Primal Summer Sports Performance Camp! A 90-minute session each day working through everything from Technique, Strength, Fitness and Conditioning, Mobility and Movement as well as Nutrition and Recovery. Students do not require any prior experience and sessions will be tailored to develop good training habits in a safe environment. Our training programs focus on reducing strength imbalances to prevent injuries whilst creating a positive impact on developing a training routine.

Note restrictions are still in place for social distancing so numbers will be limited to 20 on a first come first served basis.

Schedules: Mondays to Friday starting 31st May

b) 230pm - 4pm (G6-12)
May 31 - June 11: $3,000 (10 days)
June 15 - June 25: $2,750 (9 days)
June 28 - July 9: $2,750 (9 days)
July 12 - July 23: $3,000 (10 days)
* Note there will be no session during the public holidays.

That I am participating in all class(es) and personal training or other workshops offered by Primal Strength Limited, during which I receive information and instruction about healthy and safe practice. I recognize that these classes and workshops may require physical exertion, which may be moderately strenuous and could result in physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding participation in classes, personal training or workshops. I represent and warrant that my child is physically fit and has no medical condition that would prevent full participation in these classes, workshops and therapies.
I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program. I agree to inform my instructor of any physical limitations, physical discomforts and/or injuries before or during classes, and I take full responsibility for nondisclosure.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate in classes, workshops, and therapies, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Primal Strength Limited for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in this program.

Scheduling and cancellation policy:
Late arrivals will not be compensated for loss of time. Primal Strength Limited reserves the right to cancel any session with at least 24 hours advance notice and reschedule or provide a substitute trainer should the original trainer be unavailable. If for any reason sessions can’t be fulfilled in the fitness suite due to school closure they will continue online. No refunds will be given.
