THE END OF THE MAGI by Patrick W. Carr Book Tour
We're organizing a Book Tour for THE END OF THE MAGI by Patrick W. Carr. This is a biblical/historical fiction title published through Bethany House. It has a lot of the quest and character elements of his past fantasy series, but is not a fantasy.

Content warnings: none

You MUST have a Christian or FAMILY-FRIENDLY blog to be on this tour (so you can't be featuring books with covers that have half-dressed models or models in suggestive poses).

The tour will launch on November 18th, with tour stops the 18th - 27th (including a Saturday and Sunday). Stops will include a mix of reviews and excerpts.

There is also a Bookstagram Tour from November 18th - 22nd (the first week of the tour) and those on both tours will only receive one copy of the book. If you're interested in being on the Bookstagram Tour, please sign up here:

Review copies in print (US only) and ebook (through NetGalley).

You must be a blogger (or have a public account on Instagram or Facebook) to be on this tour and signing up does not guarantee you a spot. Your spot is confirmed when we send you the tour schedule.

Posts do not have to be top of the day, but we do appreciate when they are. :)

Following his vision of the coming Messiah, the prophet Daniel creates a select group of men who will count down the calendar to the arrival of Israel’s promised king. Centuries later, as the day nears, Myrad, a young magi acolyte, flees for his life when his adoptive father and others are put to death by a ruthless Parthian queen.

Having grabbed only a few possessions, Myrad escapes the city, and searching for a way to hide from the soldiers scouring the trade routes, he tries to join the caravan of the merchant Walagash. The merchant senses that Myrad is hiding secrets, but when the young man proves himself a valuable traveler, an epic journey filled with peril, close escapes, and dangerous battles begins.

With every day that passes, the calendar creeps closer to the coming Messiah. And over everything shines the dream of a star that Myrad can’t forget and the promise that the world will never be the same.
